Services We Provide

As a property that is a working cattle station, as well as, a tourist destination along the river
banks of the 'Clarence River'; Neil & Sue Winters offer with country hospitality the following
services and facilities:

		"The Shack" - A solid brick and stone accommodation with all facilities (2
		bedrooms, open plan living; sleeping up to 12, gas BBQ, kitchen with electric stove, combustion heater, bathroom & laundry facilities and views of the Clarence River from your veranda, linen not supplied).

		$80* per family, per night
		$70* per family, per night, staying 7 or more nights
		$30* per single, per night
		$25* per single, per night, with 10 or more individuals
		$25* per camp, per night, outside 'The Shack'

		Camping - There are a number of camping sites available on the property with
		various views of the river and the mountains.

		$20* per night, per car load (price includes daily rubbish collection and fire wood
		is supplied for cooking fire ONLY (outside times of fire bands)).

Tours - There are a number of different tours available upon request, these include:

		Fully Guided Tour - $50* per boat load (Approximately 4 adults per load)
		Half Guided Tour - $30* per boat load (Approximately 4 adults per load)
		Fishing Tours - $20* per hour for first adult, $10* per hour per head thereafter

Hire - For fishing and recreational purposes:

		Boat Hire - $40* per day
		Canoe Hire - $20* per day

Additional facilities available include: showers and toilets. Ice is available for sale.
